Rachel Raven is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner who has been serving the North Country community for over two decades. She began her nursing career in 2002 and has practiced as a nurse practitioner since 2011.
Rachel graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical University with her Master of Science in Nursing and a minor in education. Her extensive clinical experience spans primary care, chronic disease management, occupational health, and DOT/CDL physical examinations.

Our Mission
Rachel founded her practice with a commitment to providing accessible, affordable healthcare to the Gouverneur community. In 2012, she established the Health & Hope Mission (now supported by Christ Health Care Ministry) to provide free primary care to uninsured adults in the North Country.
