How Our Billing Works

Rachel Raven FNP-C PLLC is a cash-based practice. This means:

• Payment is due at time of service
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• All prices are clearly stated upfront—no hidden fees
• We do not bill insurance directly

Insurance Reimbursement (Superbilling)

While we don’t bill insurance directly, we provide a superbill after your visit. A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes:

• Diagnosis codes (ICD-10)
• Procedure codes (CPT)
• Provider information and credentials
• All information needed for insurance submission

You can submit this superbill to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many patients with out-of-network benefits receive partial or full reimbursement.
