Rachel has been caring for North Country families for over 20 years. A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and FMCSA-certified DOT examiner, her faith drives everything she does. She opened this practice because she believes everyone deserves a provider who takes time with them — whether they have insurance or not.

We are a direct primary care practice. That means simple, honest pricing with no insurance headaches and no surprise bills. You pay at the time of your visit with cash, card, or HSA/FSA.
Have insurance? You can still see us. Many patients use our Reimbursify tool to check their out-of-network benefits and file for reimbursement directly from our website.
