Adults 18 years and older
No health insurance of any kind (no Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance)
Residents of the North Country region

About the Free Clinic

Formerly known as Health & Hope Mission (1 John 3:18), our free clinic was established in 2012 to meet the healthcare needs of uninsured adults in the North Country. The clinic is supported by Christ Health Care Ministry (CHCM), a non-profit organization that assists free clinics throughout New York State.

All services are provided as a donation to the community, guided by our mission of healing with compassion and serving others as Jesus taught.

Health education and counseling

Discounted Medications & Labs

Through our partnership with Christ Health Care Ministry, qualifying patients receive:

Medications: Maximum $10 per medication per month (or every 3 months)
Lab work: Free or deeply discounted blood work and testing
